Associate Director, Academic Services (480) 965-6506 Carolyn.Harley@asu.edu Carolyn Harley is an Associate Director and one of her duties is Academic Advising within the college. She performs transfer evaluations and sees students who need assistance transitioning between majors and disqualified students seeking reinstatement to the College of Liberal arts & Sciences. She also provides advising liaison to Humanities Studies(English, Film and Media Studies, History, Religious Studies, Language and Lit and Philosophy) and course overload petitions. She is one of the instructors for Academic Success Clusters within the college. She has been employed at ASU since August 2007. Before taken a position here at ASU, her work experience consists of sixteen years in the Community College System, as a College Recruiter/ Retention Specialty and a Guidance Counselor in the state of North Carolina. Carolyn holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Minor Sociology from Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville North Carolina and a Master of Education/Psychology and Counseling from Troy State University, Troy Alabama.
