Bio

Dr. Ersula Ore is an Assistant Professor of African & African American Studies in the School of Social Transformation and Rhetoric in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. She teaches courses in contemporary rhetorical theory and the history of rhetoric, critical theories of race, rhetorics of race and culture, and the African American rhetorical tradition. 

Research Interests

Rhetorical Traditions, Contemproary Rhetorical Theory, Black Studies, Critical Theories of Race, Composition, Visual and Material Rhetoric Studies, Black Women's Intellectual History and Theorizing, Spatial Theory, Rhetorics of Race & Culture
