Jeff Thomson is the Scene Design/Art Direction professor for the School of Film, Dance and Theatre and an All-Category member of The United Scenic Artists since 1974.
Thomson has designed scenery, lighting, and special projects for many professional companies in the past 40 years including, Cirque du Soleil, The Arizona Theatre Company, Actors Theatre, The Fulton Opera in Lancaster PA, Mixed Blood Theatre in Minneapolis, USIU in San Diego, American Stage in St. Petersburg, The Arkansas Repertory, The Laguna Playhouse, Arizona Broadway Theatre, and Dream Street Films in Los Angeles. He was a Set Designer and an Art Director for two feature films: Dinner at Eight for TNT, Mother Goose Rock 'N Rhyme for Disney.Thomson has also designed for HBO, MTV, General Motors, Delta Airlines, Coca Cola, and Airbus International.
