In the Bachelor of Arts program in organizational leadership, students develop the skills and knowledge that organizational leaders need to solve problems, communicate effectively, assess programs, manage resources and use emerging technologies in organizations.

Transfer admission requirements:
The MyPath2ASU® pathway allows Arizona transfer students to complete a prescribed sequence of courses that meet the requirements for the community college's AA degree along with the lower-division requirements for the ASU major.

A current ASU student has no additional requirements for changing majors.

Students who study organizational leadership can become influential and innovative leaders all over the world. Through unique study abroad experiences across the globe, students gain valuable leadership and communication skills. Whether in a foreign country, in the U.S. or online, by participating in one of the more than 300 available Global Education programs, students expand their scope of learning beyond the classroom and gain hands-on experience in different and exciting cultures.
Many of the School of Applied Professional Studies programs allow students to earn credit toward their major for their experiences studying abroad.
Graduates have the skills and knowledge necessary for a wide variety of leadership positions in business, government, healthcare administration, nonprofit agencies and the service industry. They may pursue positions such as account manager, community relations manager, director of employee services, director of training, diversity specialist, knowledge manager, organization development consultant, service manager, supervisor and talent manager.

3 year programs
These programs allow students to fast-track their studies after admission and earn a bachelor's degree in three years or fewer while participating in the same high-quality educational experience of a 4-year option. Students should talk to their academic advisor to get started.
Accelerated master's
These programs allow students to accelerate their studies to earn a bachelor's plus a master's degree in as few as five years (for some programs).
