Must be met within the General Education requirements by a minimum of 2 courses if not met by other required courses: Intensive Writing/Critical Inquiry, Ethnic/Race/Gender Awareness, and Contemporary Global/International Awareness or Historical Awareness

Lower Division Select three courses (9 hours) that transfer to ASU as direct equivalents or Departmental Elective credit (DEC) in the following ASU prefixes: AFS, ASB, CDE, ECN, FAS, GCU, HST, POS, PSY, TCL, WST.

Select two courses (6 hours) that transfer to ASU as direct equivalents or Departmental Elective credit (DEC) in the following ASU prefixes: AFS, ASB, CDE, ECN, FAS, GCU, HST, POS, PGS, TCL, WST and carry the ASU Social & Behavioral [SB] designation in the Course Equivalency Guide (in addition to the AGEC courses above).
