Students must complete the MAPP and all special requirements, must have the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC-A, AGEC-S, or AGEC-B) certified on their transcript and must have their Associate Degree (AA, AAEE, ABUS-GR, ABUS-SR, or AS) completed and noted on their transcripts. Students satisfying these criteria meet ASU major map requirements and are guaranteed admission to the Liberal Studies, BLS degree program. The BLS program offers a breadth of learning in an online setting. The following degrees and associated sub plans accept up to 75 credit hours of community college coursework upon successful completion of an Associate Degree from partnering community colleges: Interdisciplinary Studies, BA, Liberal Studies, BA and Organizational Leadership, BA.
